Whitney Ellis, born on may 8, 1997,  in London,  is an emerging artist making waves in the contemporary art scene. Living in her hometown, Ellis has already showcased her talent at notable venues such as the Brick Lane Gallery.

Ellis is best known for her compelling portraits of blindfolded women adorned with intricate lace patterns. her artistic practice, which encompasses oil-painted portraits and lace fabric printing, delves deep into the emotions and experiences of women in modern society. Through her art, Whitney highlights the pressures of societal roles and the quest for identity and belonging.
